MIFLEX 2 is a leading
company in the production of flexible hoses, water hoses, high
pressure hoses, tubes, pipes, components for electrical appliances..
Over the last few years we have concentrated our energies on finding
innovative production systems to improve dramatically the quality of
our products as well as developing a Quality System able to offer
our customers the best possible service.
1994
The first Italian company specialized in the production of
flexible hoses for household electrical appliances able to obtain
from CISQ the Certification of its
Quality System in compliance with ISO 9000 standard.
1996
The first and only Italian company specialized in the production
of flexible hoses for household electrical appliances to standardize
the pressure testing on 100% of the hoses produced,
up to the length of 2.5 mts.Moreover dimensional tests on all the
fittings were implemented.
1997
Launch of the MET
nylon braided hose.
Its total recycleability and high performances made
it the ideal choice for those manufacturers who needed a top-class
product, and were at the same time environmentally conscious.
1998
Was the year of doubling our manufacturing capacity.
The production is made now on 5 fully automated assembling and
testing lines. Over 10 millions inlet hoses were produced and the total
manufacturing capacity reached 15 millions hoses/year.The
MET
hose encountered an extraordinary success with a production of more
than 2,5 millions pieces.
1999
XS
launch: The first hose which has brought the idea of active safety
to the field of household electrical appliances.
XS is an
important step forward on the way to innovation. Thanks to its
safety fitting system and the use of the most advanced materials
available, it offers performances never reached before. XS
absolute safety is guaranteed for all the duration of its life.
