La gamma di tubi di sicurezza XS, nasce dalla ricerca di una soluzione definitiva al problema degli allagamenti dovuti a cedimenti del tubo di alimentazione di lavatrici e lavastoviglie.Dall'analisi e dall'interpretazione dei dati forniti dai nostri clienti emergono principalmente 4 cause di perdita:

1) mancato serraggio della bussola;
2) foratura del tubo;
3) rottura dei raccordi in materiale plastico;
4) scoppio dovuto a colpo d'ariete nella rete idrica.

MIFLEX 2 ha già sconfitto da tempo le prime due cause grazie al controllo a pressione del 100% della produzione, presente sugli altri tubi della gamma, ed esteso ai tubi XS. Per far fronte alle altre due è stato necessario ricercare nuovi materiali che potessero garantire al tubo una durata uguale o superiore a quella dell'apparecchiatura sulla quale viene montato. Per questo motivo, e utilizzando i migliori componenti disponibili sul mercato, la MIFLEX 2 ha realizzato un prodotto con specifiche tecniche talmente elevate, tali da poterne garantire la durata a vita nell'utilizzo come tubo carico per lavatrici e/o lavastoviglie. Safety hoses for household electrical appliances.

The range of XS safety hoses comes from the research of a definitive solution to the problem of water flooding due to failures of the washing machines and dishwashers hoses. The analysis and reading of data supplied by our customers shows four major causes of leakages:

1) Ferrule not crimped;
2) Hole in hose;
3) Breaking of plastic fittings;
4) Burst of the hose due to the water hammer effect.

The first two causes were already resolved by MIFLEX 2 thanks to the pressure testing of 100% of the production, which was already being carried out on the other hoses of the MIFLEX 2 range and then extended to XS hoses. To overcome the other two points we had to find new materials which could guarantee to the hose the same or longer life than the appliance it was mounted on.

For these reasons and thanks to the use of the best components available on the market, MIFLEX 2 has created a product whose technical features are so advanced that same can be guaranteed for all its life when in use as inlet hose for washing machines and/or dishwashers.
